Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in enterprise software development.
- Proven experience managing agile delivery using Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with.NET development environments and modernization projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of secure development practices and accessibility standards.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
