As a Sales Agent II on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:

• Answer incoming and make outbound calls to unclosed estimate customers and schedule appointments.
• Backup incoming sales calls from customers and schedule appointments
• Gather information about the customer's needs and provide accurate quotes. Schedule jobs appropriately.
• Communicate with local franchise owners and managers as needed.
• Use a script to ensure that all calls are handled consistently and professionally.
• Answer questions from team members and supervisors via MS Teams.
• Communicate regularly with your supervisor to discuss call types, ways to improve, and gain efficiencies.
• Meet Unclosed Estimate monthly goals.
• Enter customer information into the CRM system.

(Required qualifications)

• Experience: 2 + years of working experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating the Windows operating system.
  • Key Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to ethical conduct.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Schedule / in-office requirements: This is a fully remote position.
• Equipment: Must provide your own personal computer and hardwire internet connection (no Macs).

• Competitive Pay: $18
• Schedule: Works 5 days a week with availability to work weekend days (schedule may vary 10 AM - 7 PM PST)
