The Sr. Director, Talent Management develops and implements strategies leading to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce that can achieve the organization’s strategic and operational priorities. The Sr. Director facilitates change management, employee engagement, performance management, goal alignment, and succession planning processes. Additionally, this role will oversee all learning and development programs and processes, participating in delivery of the organization’s leadership development program. This role will support the Chief People Officer, HR Business Partners, and the HR Generalists in their efforts to support leaders throughout the organization. Finally, this role will be responsible for establishing a scorecard that measures workplace culture, leader effectiveness, and HR service delivery.

- Lead the development, implementation, and delivery of contemporary talent management solutions in the following areas:
- Change management
- Executive on-boarding
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Succession planning for leadership roles
- Learning and development at all levels of the organization
- Support leaders in advancing organizational initiatives by instilling effective change management processes to transform from installation to full implementation of changes, and realization of the projected ROI.
- Drive the performance management processes, systems, and leadership behaviors to increase leader and staff accountability throughout the enterprise, and to support an effective merit compensation program.
- Coach leaders throughout the enterprise to increase their capability to drive a positive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture that increases workforce engagement and capability, helping ensure the organization achieves its mission and strategic priorities.
- Identify roles across the organization for which succession planning is critical, and partner with leaders and HR colleagues to implement a succession plan through the attraction, engagement, development, and retention of talent.
- Support business-led transformation initiatives by implementing and leveraging talent best practices (e.g., talent assessment, competencies development, organization design, change management, etc.).
- Establish and maintain a scorecard that measures workplace culture, leader effectiveness, and HR service delivery for the enterprise. Utilize and share key findings to identify strategic priorities and create the required business case for new talent investments.
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or business-related discipline or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of seven years of HR, talent management, and/or leadership development experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
