View company profile

Naveris, Inc. is a commercial-stage precision oncology diagnostics company at the forefront of developing transformative technologies for early cancer detection. Founded in 2017, the company is dedicated to improving outcomes for the millions of people at risk of developing viral-induced cancers. Naveris achieves this through the creation and commercialization of novel molecular diagnostics, primarily highly sensitive blood and saliva tests, that enable earlier diagnosis, real-time monitoring of treatment response, and timely detection of cancer recurrence for patients in remission. The company operates high-complexity clinical laboratories in Massachusetts and North Carolina, which are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the New York State Department of Health, and are certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

The company's flagship product, NavDx®, is a groundbreaking liquid biopsy test. This test analyzes circulating tumor tissue-modified viral (TTMV) DNA, specifically for Human Papillomavirus (HPV), which is a known driver of various cancers, including oropharyngeal (head and neck), anal, and cervical cancers. NavDx is the first and only clinically validated blood test of its kind, providing a non-invasive and precise method for identifying HPV-driven cancers, often months before they are detectable through clinical or radiographic evidence. Supported by data from over 30 peer-reviewed publications, the NavDx test has demonstrated its ability to inform and optimize patient surveillance by detecting molecular residual disease. This allows physicians to make more informed treatment decisions, potentially avoiding unnecessary procedures and tailoring care to each patient's specific situation, thereby advancing the standard of care in precision oncology.
