Stellenbeschreibung

Die Stelle ist an einem unserer Standorte oder remote in ganz Deutschland zu besetzen.

Durchführung und Begleitung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals sowie optional Succession, Compensation oder Variable Pay.
Analyse der Kundensituation und Entwicklung von Strategien für die Implementierung und den Betrieb der SuccessFactors-Lösung.
Unterstützung in allen Projektphasen – von den ersten Workshops über die Implementierung bis zum Support nach erfolgtem Go-Live.
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Anwenderschulungen.
Unterstützung bei Presales-Tätigkeiten wie der Durchführung von System-Demos oder der Ausarbeitung von Angeboten.
Du übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung für das Modul Performance & Goals und treibst aktiv die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams voran
Als Senior Consultant übernimmst Du zudem die (Teil-) Projektleitung in kleineren Teams vor Ort bei unseren Kunden.

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung sowie eine erfolgreiche aktuelle Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals sowie optional in weiteren Modulen.
Kenntnisse in Fach- und IT-Prozessen sowie deren Abbildung in SAP SuccessFactors.
Erfahrung mit Projektleitungs- und Beratungsmethoden.
Lösungs-/prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz.
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließendes Englisch.
