Overview:

We are seeking a Japanese speaking , highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, coupled with expertise in MuleSoft integration platform.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technology landscape, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership to IT teams and stakeholders.

MuleSoft Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for MuleSoft integration platform, including Anypoint Studio, API-led connectivity, Mule ESB, and related technologies. Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft solutions that facilitate seamless integration across systems and applications.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient solutions that meet business requirements. Develop architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate design decisions effectively.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization. Assess the suitability of new technologies for integration into the existing architecture landscape.

Governance and Standards: Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines across projects and initiatives. Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural principles and standards.

Risk Management: Identify architectural risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and executive management to understand business needs and priorities. Translate business requirements into architectural solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.

Collaboration and Mentorship: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the architecture team. Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on architectural principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Extensive experience with MuleSoft integration platform, including Anypoint Studio, Mule ESB, API management, and cloud integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or TOGAF certification are highly desirable.
