Job Description
The ideal candidate will excel in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent.
- Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage the interview process and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.
- Post job advertisements and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and promote employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws in Mexico.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting across various industries.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
