We help advertisers around the world achieve their goals leveraging Mutt Data’s budget allocation platform. This role is responsible for analyzing and presenting performance results from our optimization platform to our customers.

Responsibilities 🤓
✓ Work alongside with our customers to understand their challenges and business and goals; ensure our platform successfully delivers the results they’re looking for.
✓ Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with businesses ranging from small to large.
✓ Identify opportunities to test and improve campaigns, and propose solutions to retain and grow our customers.
✓ Prepare regular presentations to our customers to offer campaign feedback, key actionables and gather platform feedback that can be shared internally.
✓ Extract and manipulate data, creating actionable recommendations for business decisions.
✓ Troubleshoot level-1 technical problems, and work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure the best outcomes.
✓ Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Product, Sales) to improve our product, features and internal workflow optimization through data insights.
Role requirements 💻
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related field.
✓ 3-4 years of recent/current experience optimizing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns.
✓ Strong attention to detail, and analytical background.
✓ Comfortable with Excel; Google Analytics (SQL knowledge is a big plus!)
✓ Solid time management and organizational skills.
✓ Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), fluency in English is a must.
✓ 🤓Ambitious self-starter and proactive team player who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning.
