ABOUT THE TEAM

Mural’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems team is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the technology stack that supports Mural’s product- and sales-led growth motions. The GTM Systems team is part of Mural’s Revenue Operations/Strategy & Operations Organization, where we’ve built a culture of internal customer centricity, collaboration, continuous learning and development.

YOUR MISSION

As the leader of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems team, you will manage a team of three tenured GTM Systems administrators that support our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services Teams. You will serve as the GTM tech stack Architect, ensuring that data flows efficiently and accurately to enable needed capabilities for the business. In partnership with the GTM Operations teams and other cross-functional teams in Engineering, Marketing, and Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into efficient, effective, and scalable workflow solutions. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Mural.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain the Business Systems roadmap, its execution, and all process improvement initiatives
  • Understand company strategy and ensure that internal systems align with long-term business goals
  • Understand strengths and weaknesses in system architecture, anticipating vulnerabilities, and developing contingency plans
  • Oversee backlog grooming and sprint planning for GTM systems; balancing innovation projects, break-fix, and end-user support with team capacity
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and Customer Success Operations to optimize business process and drive effectiveness and efficiency of the GTM teams
  • Serve as technical architect to design and maintain proper flow of data GTM tech stack
  • Ensure data accuracy by developing standardized structures and practices for dissemination and communication with appropriate departments
  • Manage budget and relationships with our tech stack partners, including third-party consultants
  • Be a player-coach with dedicated time to working on key systems initiatives directly
  • Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 10+ years of experience, with 3+ leading a Business Systems or GTM systems team and 5+ years of management experience, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Experience developing and leading systems evaluation processes
  • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Segment, Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach, RingLead, Tableau, and Databricks
  • Integration Experience: experience maintaining and building integrations
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and to galvanize others towards a solution
  • Experience operating effectively and efficiently with a lean Revenue Operations team, external Salesforce consultants, and cross-functional teams, including IT, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics

For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $156,400 - $195,600 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
