Requirements

  • 7+ years of People/HR experience with senior individual contributor or leadership role experience
  • Deep expertise in performance management systems and manager development
  • Strong People Operations and systems thinking capabilities
  • Strategic partnership skills with executive presence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
