Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Background in private equity-backed or investor-driven environments preferred
- Proven ability to scale an hourly workforce across multi-state, multi-location environments
- Track record of designing and implementing compensation and performance frameworks that drive results
- Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business objectives and financial outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data to guide decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at the board and executive level
