We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst on Movemedical’s Client Engagement team, you will learn to tackle complex problems that can involve a combination of business processes, technical integration design, or change management and training. While this role is analytical in nature, it is also customer-facing so candidates should have an innate desire to help customers by working with them directly. This position can require on-site travel, typically at testing and go-live stages of the project. 

Throughout a client’s lifecycle, you will work hand-in-hand with production support, implementation, and Development team members to guide clients through good software design, test solutions, and ensure client expectations are met. You will enable long-term engagement with our clients by shipping software solutions that provide stable and scalable solutions to our clients.

What will you do?

  • Embrace a deep understanding of our clients' problems that we are solving

  • Translate business problems and requirements into technical requirements to enable efficient software development

  • Work with Developers and QA Testers to ensure testing is complete prior to clients accessing new functionality or software changes. 

  • Analyze and help clients resolve data discrepancies prior to go-live events

  • Properly escalate testing and data issues when necessary to appropriate personnel.  

  • Assist with client workflow definition and prepare demo materials for client reviews of software solutions. 

  • Review all platform features with Move Product team for impact, scale, and platform compatibility

  • Create and maintain documentation used to communicate process changes and business logic to clients. 

  • Minimize and ensure scope changes are reflected in project documentation

  • Assist with the definition of project test plans. 

  • Establish close working relationships with client testing and business personnel. 

  • Perform software releases to production environments. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. 

  • Able to travel up to 25% to work with customers domestically and internationally.

  • Built proficient Move platform expertise to advise and guide clients through their implementation of the software.

At Movemedical, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range is expected to be $55,000-$70,000 USD for this position and will vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level.

NOTE: Please be aware that while this position offers the flexibility of remote work, we are only considering applications from candidates who are located in the United States. Given our collaboration with clients from Europe, the ideal candidate would be based on the US East Coast.
