This sales group is responsible for selling Motorola Solution’s Carrier Solutions of Unified Communications.
Job Description
We are seeking a top-performing sales leader to work with a leading Wireless Carrier to expand sales of Unified Communications Suite. As a NA Carrier Channel Sales Lead, you will lead a team supporting our carrier sellers in government and business markets to generate new opportunities, upsell existing customers, and drive prospecting and strategic initiatives all while maintaining excellent executive relationships within Sales, Product, Support, Finance and Legal.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overall responsibility and support for one of our largest carrier channel partners.
Build and develop executive level relationships to drive priorities and focus inside our partner.
Lead channel sales reps to drive business needs, strategies, priorities and deliver value-added business solutions that meet a wide variety of customers’ needs
Lead our internal teams to support training, sales tools, collateral, and competitive positioning docs to drive the development of a sales funnel to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in land mobile radio communications, mobile broadband push to talk solutions, land mobile radio dispatching and interoperability
10+ years of experience in government and business sales in an indirect or direct sales environment
Experience selling telecommunications and/or mobility solutions direct to business and government vertical customers. Business customers include B2B small, medium and large customers in hospitality, logistics, transportation, retail, distribution, healthcare, utilities, and transportation. Government customers include federal, state, local, and education segments
Demonstrated success and sustained record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas
Knowledge of narrowband land mobile radio and broadband push to talk is required
Proficiency in G Suite products
Travel is expected to be greater than 50% of the time
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
