We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end quality at our contract manufacturing partners. The individual will work closely with internal/external stakeholders to understand design and manufacturing requirements, lead all quality engineering activities, and develop quality programs to build and ship high-quality products.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in driving end-to-end MFG quality at high-volume electronics
  • Expertise in flow down design to manufacturing requirements
  • Strong experience in compiling Process Control Plan, FATP SOP, PFMEA process
  • 5+ years SMT process expertise
  • Ability to debug SMT issues and know well kitting/Solder paste printing/SPI/Reflow/Pick&place/AOI process detail
