Job Title: Supply Chain Manager/Operations Manager

About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager/Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the accuracy of our data analytics. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics, track costs, and produce insightful reports on key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for improving business operations through data.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Management: work with suppliers to gather pricing, build develop pricing models, and implement pricing changes.
- Inventory & Purchase Order Management: Develop days of supply inventory reports, execute purchase orders to factories and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Shipment Coordination: Schedule shipments between factories, third-party warehouses, and our fulfillment partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Discrepancy Tracking: Track and reconcile inbound shipment discrepancies, working closely with logistics partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Cost Tracking: Neatly sort and track costs over time, ensuring accurate recording and monitoring of expenses.
- Analytical Reporting: Produce monthly analytical reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as marketing efficiency, freight rates, cost of goods sold, and more.
- Process Optimization: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Regulatory and Quality Assurance: Develop reports and processes for tracking product quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or data analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Google Sheets); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare supply industry.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
- Previous experience with Zapier Sheets, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Shopify, Hubspot, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
