Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be translating brand and marketing objectives into visually appealing designs. Your tasks will include developing visual content for both digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency, producing high-quality visuals, staying updated on industry trends, managing multiple projects, and contributing creative input to design Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Create and edit videos or animations for campaigns and social media when needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards for an inclusive audience.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring responsiveness and optimization for various screen sizes and formats.
• Source and edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to enhance design quality.
• Participate in feedback sessions, incorporating revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media.
• Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
