About the role:

The job consists high level of Inventory and Backorders follow up based on demand and customer’s requests, find a support solution (All around the world) or other client’s stocking locations and make the follow-up of those parts till the deliveries.
The Customer care specialist will solve any planning issues that can show up on the Back orders: from communicating with different plants, till receiving at the warehouse.
Your daily agenda will be:
- Review of back-order resolution when stock is available in the network
- Identify best sourcing location from the network and request stock movement
- Obtain part availability information and communicate it to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor of captured and shipped defective units
- Contribute to projects with analyses and assists in developing recommendations
- Perform scrap on demand or by schedule
- Regular update of internal customer tool
- Develop independent decision-making ability about daily operations and critical daily activities
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong planning, organizing and multitasking skills
- At least 1 year of corporate experience
- Experience in the field of procurement/dispatch/logistics or supply chain will be considered as an advantage.
