Position Highlights
The scope of the services includes HRIS run operations (incident management, defect management, end user support) as well as HRIS build operations (enhancements and change request management). Contribute to enhancements/change requests management and prioritization together with the stakeholders. Monitor, identify and correct product/solutions/integration defects to maintain fully functioning applications.
Day-to-day activities:
• Responsible for level 2 support for global HR applications.
• Own overall incident management for the solutions in scope.
• Contribute to enhancements/change requests management and prioritization together with the business.
• Document requirements and propose technical solutions.
• End to end accountability for plan, build, delivery and run of enhancements/change requests.
• Monitor, identify and correct product/solutions/integration defects to maintain fully functioning applications.
• Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.
• Support HR applications run and implementations, solution upgrades
Professional experience:
• At least 5 years working experience in corporate IT teams / environments
• Strong experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Experience in integrations across different systems and platforms
• Experience with recruitment and learning management systems is a plus
• Troubleshooting skills and detailed oriented approach
Nice to have:
• Incident management, defect management, end user support knowledge
• Know how on creating and maintaining technical and/or user documentation to a high standard
• Sense of ownership and responsibility
• Knowledge of Service Now
