Full Stack Developer

Our Client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams to build and scale an AI-powered platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and secure data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our web application’s front-end and back-end.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and integrations with HRMs and project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with data security best practices (GDPR, privacy-first principles).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an accessible, intuitive, and neuroinclusive interface.
• Optimise performance and scalability as our platform grows.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to tech strategy.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency with Python and experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Supabase or other databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and role-based access control.
• Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous deployment.
• Passion for neuroinclusion and building accessible, ethical technology
