A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager (Sales representative) who will report directly to our Business Manager based in the Netherlands to promotes sales in Bulgaria for our company and to work closely with Sales colleagues, Supply Chain and other departments within the company.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Promotion our products to customers and potential customer and build strong relationships
- Annual expected growth of its sales area, execution of the annual analyzed price increases, conduct market analysis.
- Respond to market developments while being KPIs driven, identify opportunities in the market
- Report visits, activities, projects, leads and opportunities in our CRM system on a weekly base
- Making quotations for proprietary chemistry and equipment and offering solutions which return into business, be responsible for sales and margin results
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain for a timely delivery of the products
- Be the technical support at customers, including installation and start-up optimization during production and the associated problem solutions. Collaborate and consult with technical and business management colleagues.
- Follow the company strategy and prioritize the compliance and HSE guidelines (also correct and safe handling of materials and resources).
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry or other relevant field
- Work experience in the plating industry
- Be commercial driven is essential for this role, as being an excellent communicator
- Good knowledge and skills of Windows, MS Office, ERP, CRM systems and other
- Good working fluency of the Bulgarian and English language, both verbally and writing
- Accurate, representative and flexible working attitude
- Willing to travel locally inside Bulgaria around 50% of the time and occasionally international for trainings and sales team meetings.
