Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AudioCodes Telephony Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise telephony solutions using AudioCodes platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AudioCodes SBCs, gateways, and voice solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients to understand their telephony requirements and deliver customized, high-performance voice architectures.
Language Requirement:
This role requires fluency in Mandarin/Chinese due to the need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and/or review documentation written in Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy SIP integration via AudioCodes into Genesys Cloud.
- Create and maintain IVR flows using Genesys Architect.
- Design network and SBC configurations ensuring voice quality and redundancy.
- Automate setups via scripts and CI/CD tools.
- Develop Visio diagrams, technical documentation, and configuration runbooks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years with AudioCodes SBCs/SIP trunking.
- Strong SIP/VoIP/QoS/TLS troubleshooting skills.
- Good Experience with contact center domain.
- Automation and scripting proficiency.
- Visio documentation skills and stakeholder-facing communication.
- Fluent Mandarin written and spoken level.
Nice to have:
