Your Impact

As an Senior Sales Account Executive in Japan, you will be instrumental in expanding the company’s presence in the region by collaborating with existing international clients. Your role involves working with the world's largest brands and organizations to deliver world-class translation, interpretation, and training projects. Utilize their in-house platforms and international network of partners to customize and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Account Servicing (70%)
    • Respond to inquiries, provide quotations, and proposals.
    • Follow up on converting and extending quotations.
    • Maintain contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly).
    • Regularly reach out to all contacts in the account to maintain mindshare.
    • Increase revenue from existing clients effectively.
    • Establish long-term support contracts.
    • Leverage existing contacts to identify new leads in the account.
    • Introduce the company to new leads.
  • Project & Product Management (30%)
    • Determine and document project scope with customers.
    • Manage customer interaction and change management.
    • Follow up on customer/student feedback.
    • Identify and contract required partners for service delivery.
    • Manage projects/events at the location.
    • Develop, customize, and/or improve marketing material for platforms and services.
    • Identify partners for strategic and scalable growth.
    • Follow up with the product development team on product improvements.

Requirements

  • You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and is passionate about language learning or event technology services.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/Business Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, Fluent English required (written and spoken) to communicate with global clients.
  • Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer.
  • Highly motivated and independent individual with an eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in communicating with senior managers.
  • Result-orientation; high focus on driving business results and KPIs.
