Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) with proven results
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, campaign structures, and creative formats
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and AI-driven tools for campaign optimization
- Relentless approach to testing and experimentation across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ads and funnels
