Sobre el puesto

En Mindtech buscamos un DevOps Engineer para sumarse a un equipo en constante crecimiento, liderando la cultura DevOps y siendo referente técnico en infraestructura, automatización y despliegue en la nube.

Requisitos

+3 / 4 años de experiencia en entornos DevOps, principalmente en AWS.
Experiencia práctica con herramientas de CI/CD (Travis, CircleCI, Bamboo, Jenkins).
Dominio de orquestadores y contenedores (Docker-compose, Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm, OpenShift).
Amplia experiencia con infraestructura como código (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de automatización (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Manejo avanzado de sistemas de control de versiones (Git, branching models distribuidos).
Experiencia en gestión de dependencias en procesos de build (npm, yarn, composer, maven, etc.).

Deseables:

Programación en lenguajes de scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
Experiencia con bases de datos SQL (Aurora, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
Conocimientos en bases NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached).
Experiencia en nubes públicas extra (GCP o Azure).
Certificaciones AWS (plus).
Inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).

Responsabilidades

Ser referente técnico en la cultura DevOps, definiendo estándares y buenas prácticas.
Diseñar, implementar y administrar pipelines CI/CD para asegurar entregas rápidas y seguras.
Gestionar y optimizar infraestructura en la nube, garantizando disponibilidad y escalabilidad.
Implementar y administrar herramientas de orquestación y contenedores.
Desarrollar y mantener procesos de automatización e infraestructura como código.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para proveer soluciones que mejoren la productividad y la satisfacción del cliente.
