About the roleWere looking for a Blockchain Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of decentralized technology initiatives from concept through production. Youll coordinate cross-functional blockchain, backend, and product teams, managing timelines, risks, and technical dependencies across complex Web3 environments.

The ideal candidate is fluent in blockchain concepts (smart contracts, tokenomics, and distributed ledgers) and has a proven record of delivering enterprise-grade or startup blockchain solutions.

Youll serve as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring every initiative aligns with strategic goals while maintaining technical rigor and on-time execution.

Requirements5+ years in Project or Program Management, including 1+ years in blockchain or Web3 projects.

Proven experience managing projects related to smart contract development, blockchain infrastructure, or crypto integrations.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.

Strong familiarity with GitHub/Jira, version control, and CI/CD processes.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage blockchain and decentralized application (dApp) development projects.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define scope, milestones, and technical requirements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, QA, and release readiness.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets, providing transparent progress updates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between developers, product owners, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Support product discovery translating tokenomics, wallet integration, or smart contract functionality into clear, executable requirements.
• Implement Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, ensuring teams stay aligned and velocity is maintained.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and security reviews are completed pre-release.
