We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team!

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the fintech team to lead product development for our client's technology modernisation program. This role is crucial for driving the strategy and execution of new features and improvements to support the company's modernisation goals. This is a unique opportunity to define and own a suite of fintech products from inception to launch and scaling the products.

We're looking for a candidate who's passionate about financial products and technology, including innovation of new features and functionalities. For this role, you must have strong initiative and self-motivation to add value, while being comfortable working with ambiguity and leading a team to build world class products;

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Owning, defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
• Solving problems that customers traditionally face in the buying process;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements;
• Leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle;
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions;
• Overseeing detailed product specifications, backlogs and delivery of features that enable us to maximise-value;
• Working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful and timely product launches;
• Building core features, monitoring product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement;
• Communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management;
• Fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the product team.

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience, 10+ years, in product management, with a track record of successfully bringing products to Banking/ fintech market;
• An entrepreneurial mindset, able to form a vision and communicate it effectively with the engineering and senior client teams;
• Hands-on, strong project management skills, being able to take full ownership and control to get projects done on time;
• Analytical and technical mindset, industry knowledge and UX approach to creating best user experiences and propositions;
• Good understanding of the banking and home acquisition market, with experience in financial services products and regulatory and compliance frameworks;
• Know-how in managing a project portfolio, being able to create, manage, motivate, and hold accountable cross-functional teams for product development;
• Experience working with banks and regulated products and integrating services through APIs;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and gain buy-in and adoption for your ideas;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience with market research and data analysis;
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern tech stacks;
• Technical background and the ability to understand and communicate all aspects of technology related to products and services;
• Experience in Fintech projects is a must;
• Fluency in English.
