GENERAL PURPOSE

As Mid-level Systems Administrator - Salesforce, you’ll play a vital role at MillerKnoll. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The individual will be responsible for maintaining system performance, configuring Salesforce features, supporting users, and helping scale our CRM operations as the business grows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
    • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
    • Implement changes to improve business processes, user experience, and system efficiency.

• Sandbox environment management.

  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
    • Provide end-user support and training, addressing day-to-day system queries and issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Support, Marketing etc.) to implement system enhancements.
    • Manage data imports, deduplication, and data hygiene using tools like Data Loader or third-party solutions.
    • Monitor System performance and resolve platform-related issues.
    • Support release management and Salesforce updates, including testing and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales/Service cloud.
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferrable.
    • Experience with data management, reporting, and automation tools in Salesforce.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment.
    • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

A starting compensation range for this role is $69,920.00 - $92,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
