KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support sales and marketing operations. The role involves day-to-day CRM management, troubleshooting, and reporting. Collaboration with marketing automation for campaign list management and the company's Salesforce object structure are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM support.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce front-end functionality with admin rights.
- Proficient in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of Salesforce data objects and relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities).
- Experience in data management, clean-up, and validation processes.
- Familiarity with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
