About you

At Midnite, delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. This role in our trading team offers a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of trading operations, allowing you to grow alongside the business. You’ll learn directly from experienced team members and have the chance to explore and specialise in the areas that excite you most.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing customer relationships and conducting risk profiling.
• Handling customer service inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Creating prices for specials and unique betting markets.
• Overseeing relationships with trading suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborating with the team to plan and promote trading products effectively.

Hours of work

5 days out of 7 - Shift times can flex between 8am-12am but will be fixed

Key experience

• The right person will have a deep interest in and understanding of betting through their own activities.
• You must have a basic understanding of odds and probabilities.
• You will have a deep interest of sports and the UK betting market

We’re looking for someone who;

• Based in the UK.
• Has a genuine passion for betting, demonstrated through extracurricular activities or personal interest.
• Is deeply interested in sports and the UK betting market, with a desire to grow within the industry.
• Is highly numerate and has a solid grasp of basic odds and probabilities.
• Is eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to Midnite’s success.
