Hours: 40 hours per week - This role will involve weekend work

Working Pattern: UK nightshift - Philippines morning/ afternoon

About the role:

Our customers use our world-class sports, esports, and game wagering platform to interact with the games they care about. Our trading operator roles oversee all aspects of our sportsbook and help to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

We currently have a team of 3 in the Philippines, so you will be working within an already established overseas team. This is an exciting opportunity with the chance to learn from experienced traders and get involved in various sports across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing incoming bets and reacting to any issues that may arise
• Stake factoring customers
• Creation of manual markets across various sports (boosts, special bets etc)
• Dealing with customer service enquiries
• Liasing with other relevant teams
• Speaking with our trading providers regarding various issues or requests
• Working on any ad hoc projects that may arise
