Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level feedback and insight on complex React Native applications and workflows.
Evaluate, review, and annotate sample code, design patterns, and best practices within mobile development.
Identify and document challenges specific to cross-platform mobile development using React Native.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by supplying high-quality, detailed examples and explanations.
Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to deliver actionable insights on user experience and UI/UX patterns.
Participate in structured discussions to articulate technical rationale both in writing and verbally.
Maintain high standards of communication to ensure clarity and accuracy in technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency with React Native and associated ecosystems.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and mobile application architecture.
Proven track record of building and scaling mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on articulating complex concepts clearly.
Experience debugging and optimizing React Native applications for performance and scalability.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality contributions in a remote team setting.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with AI, ML, or data annotation projects.
Familiarity with TypeScript and modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
Open source contributions or published technical articles in the mobile development field.
