Job Title: Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy scalable frontend and backend solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

2. Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between system components.

3. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

4. Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards are maintained.

5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.

6. Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous process improvements.

7. Work closely within the customer's team to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven hands-on experience with both frontend and backend frameworks.

2. Expertise in designing, building, and consuming APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).

3. Strong understanding of modern web technologies, architectures, and development methodologies.

4. Experience in version control systems such as Git.

5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team setting.

6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-based infrastructure.

2. Experience with automated testing frameworks.

3. Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
