WhatYou’llBe Doing:

At Mews,sales success is built on execution, discipline, and adaptability. Here’s what a productive week might look like:

  • Owning your pipeline– at least50% of your closed dealswill originate from outbound efforts.
  • Hosting 2+ high-impact demos per day, positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers.
  • Managing a pipelineto consistently close€350k+ ARR per year, with deals averaging€5,000+in value.
  • Making 100+ outbound activities per week, sparking conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating momentum.
  • Executing account-based sales strategies, usingstorytelling and value-driven sellingto move deals forward.
  • Influencing multiple buyer personas, from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders, tailoring your messaging to each.
  • Proactively iterating on your sales strategy, usingdata insights to refine your outreach and positioning.
  • Delivering impact under pressureMews moves fast, and so should you.

Who YouAre

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have aproven track record of exceeding €250k+ ARR quotas, with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
  • Haveconsistently closed deals averaging €5,000+ in value, in amulti-step but fast-paced sales cycle.
  • Canengage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals, tailoring your approach to different personas.
  • Fluent in English
  • Are comfortable withdata-driven sales execution, leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
  • Arenaturally curious and adaptable, with astrong problem-solving mindset.
  • Thrive in anentrepreneurial, high-velocity sales environment, where ambiguity is an opportunity, not a blocker.

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is up to $150,000 and includes separate equity compensation. Achievement above quota includes accelerators that will increase OTE. The starting wage will vary based on several factors, including the candidate’s skills and experience. This OTE amount includes both the base salary and potential commissions, which are dependent on performance and not guaranteed.
