- End-to-end ownership of engineering program activities from product concept to launch.
- Collecting business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements and managing their prioritization with engineering team.
- Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross- functional and remote project teams.
- Develop and drive critical high-level strategic initiatives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Oversee documentation effort with technical writers to ensure all necessary documentation for how to, support and troubleshooting tools are created and maintained.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
- Requires a Master’s degree (Foreign degree equivalent accepted) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
- Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
- 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
- 2. C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP
- 3. Coordinating release and deployment of projects
- 4. Building operational improvement proposals
- 5. Using project metrics to drive operation efficiencies and
- 6. Adapting and participating in design discussion.
US$183,793/year to US$213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
