Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or tourism sector, is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
