your role
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who wants to make a real impact by building our MVP and shaping our core technology:
Build features end-to-end across frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/TypeScript), and database (PostgreSQL)
Design scalable architecture in a modern monorepo setup
Collaborate directly with founders, product, and early customers
Debug, refactor, and iterate quickly to keep our platform robust and fast
Take responsibility for technical decisions that set the foundation for scal
your profile
2+ years of experience building production-grade fullstack applications
Strong skills in Node.js and TypeScript
Proficient with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL or similar)
Comfortable working across the full stack and eager to take ownership
Pragmatic, solution-driven, and motivated by solving real-world problems in energy and climate
Fluent in English (our team language); German a plus
Expertise in workflow automation and agent frameworks (e.g., n8n, LangGraph) is a strong asset
