Menlo Security is looking for a CS Operations Lead to be the foundational operational and strategic partner for our rapidly growing GTM Strategy & Operations organization. The right candidate will ensure the Customer Success team can operate with maximum efficiency and scale, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS technology company
- Expert-level proficiency in Customer Success Platforms (e.g., Gainsight)
- Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex operational strategies to leadership and enabling frontline teams
