Job Summary
We are searching for a BI Expert to design and implement cutting-edge Business Intelligence
solutions that empower decision-making across the company.
Youll work with technologies like Databricks, Delta Lake, and Power BI to build scalable datamodels, intuitive dashboards, and automated reporting systems. Partnering closely with DataEngineers and business stakeholders, youll lead data visualization best practices and help evolveour Lakehouse architecture for performance, quality, and growth.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust BI solutions leveraging Databricks, Delta Lake, and Power BI. Build and maintain semantic data models, dashboards, and automated reports to support key
decision-making.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirementsand metrics.
Lead the standardization of data visualization best practices and drive adoption across thecompany.
Help architect, evolve, and govern our Lakehouse infrastructure, ensuring scalability,performance, and data quality.
Monitor and improve data pipelines and BI performance metrics.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Row-level Security, etc.).
Strong SQL and data modeling skills (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).
Experience integrating structured and semi-structured data from a Data Lake (e.g. Delta, Parquet,JSON).
Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and orchestration tools (e.g. DBT, Airflow, Azure DataFactory is a plus).
A business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and experience in dashboard UX and storytelling with data.
Nice to Have
Proven experience with Lakehouse architectures and Databricks.
Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (Data Lake Storage, Synapse, etc.).
Knowledge of CI/CD practices for BI / analytics workflows.
Understanding of data governance, access control, and data privacy standards.
