Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join a cross-functional, agile team, whereyou'll take ownership of key APIs within our microservices architecture.

You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and migrating services to Kubernetes,ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our systems. As part of the team, you'llbe involved throughout the entire development process from design to deployment andcontribute to building high-quality software while promoting a strong culture of engineeringexcellence.

Responsibilities

Develop software using object-oriented principles with ASP.NET Core and C#, ensuringclean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Design and manage data using both relational databases and NoSQL technologies.
Operate and troubleshoot real-world cloud environments, ideally in Azure, with a focus onmonitoring and performance optimization.

Write reliable Unit and Integration tests to ensure system stability and code quality.
Apply architectural patterns and SOLID principles to build robust, extensible systems.
Embrace collaboration across the stack, remaining open to contributing in othertechnologies like React and React Native.
Enhance delivery workflows with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools likeTerraform.
Leverage Kubernetes to support scalable and resilient service deployment.
Bring value to large-scale enterprise projects through technical expertise and agileexecution.
Demonstrate a passion for learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies with a fearless,solution-driven mindset.
Approach challenges with creativity, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to co-create meaningful solutions.

Requirements

At least five years of of hands-on experience as a .NET developer (2+ years with .NET Core),and at least 1 year operating real-world cloud systems.
Experienced with Agile frameworks and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

Proficiency in both Spanish and English. Our Mission
