We are looking for a Senior PHP Back-End Developer to join our team and help make our product more robust and scalable. You will work on resolving support tickets, continuous improvement of the platform, and developing new key functionalities. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can bring a strategic vision and have an impact on the technical decisions of the team, taking on additional responsibilities in defining and evolving the product's architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and solve problems in a dynamic, multi-platform development environment.
• Lead important technical initiatives and help define long-term technology strategy.
• Actively participate in resolving support tickets and continuous improvement.
• Develop and enhance functionalities, working alongside the team to ensure code quality and scalability.
• Propose innovative solutions to complex technical problems and anticipate the platform's future needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure technical alignment with business needs.
• Effectively document development and key technical decisions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 5 years of professional experience in backend development with PHP (version 7 or higher).
• Solid experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Advanced knowledge of the Symfony framework (versions 3-4 or higher).
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of JavaScript (especially frameworks like Angular, React, or jQuery).
• Experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
