Squad Tech Lead

Primary mission

As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team withresponsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in Azure and AKS.

You will be responsible to manage people and leading the development team.
You'll be involved in definition of the new architecture and technical decisions.

You will be working in a completely in agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, as wellas a high-performance team.
You will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in thesoftware development.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team members.

• Shows great ability to direct Squad products and People.

• Participate in the prioritizations work across Squad products and People.

• Communicates effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization.

• Work in a cross-functional agile team and get involved in the entire development process.

• Collaborate closely with QAs, designers, and product owners.

• Generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company.

• Build a high-quality software.

• Being responsible for the development of the product you will participate.

Required Skills

Must have

• Proven experience in object-oriented software development.

• Proven experience in Azure.

• Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL.

• Proven experience with Testing and QA processes

• Clean Code and Clean Architecture knowledge

• Proven experience leading teams and manage people.

The following skills would be a plus:

• Experience in .NET

• Experience in Azure DevOps.

• Experience Operating Azure.

• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.

• Experience in Android.

• Experience in iOS.

• Experience in React

• Experience in React Native

The structure is based on a multidisciplinary team (Creativity, Business Analyst, Designers, UX, data Engineers, Developers, etc.), organized in Squads with an Agile working methodology.
