Περιγραφή Ρόλου

  • Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση ιδιωτών πελατών σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις μεγάλου Τραπεζικού Οργανισμού
  • Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων αναφορικά με ζητήματα καρτών και e-banking
  • Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες 24/7
  • 2 Σαββατοκύριακα / μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)
  • 6 εβδομάδες αμοιβόμενη εκπαίδευση remotely

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
  • Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο - επιθυμητή
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών & ομαδικό πνεύμα
