Maximus is looking for a Associate General Manager/Product Manager to own its Weight Loss service line. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with deep product management experience who would like to transition into a business owner role, or who comes from a business-oriented background with hands-on product experience. We are looking for someone who is deeply entrepreneurial and willing to roll up their sleeves, while being able to assess the big picture. .

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of overall work experience including experience in a product, growth or operations role at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities
You'll be the strategic owner of Maximus' Weight Loss service line, developing and executing a comprehensive plan to drive growth and optimize the user experience. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and medical teams to bring your vision to life.
Some of the exciting things you'll do:
Set the strategy and develop the operational plan to scale Maximus' efforts in weight loss and other expansion categories.
Gather requirements and documentation, write tickets, and perform user research and testing
Work with product to ensure high impact features related to weight loss are prioritized on the overall company roadmap
Work closely with the marketing team to deploy marketing budget across core and experimental channels.
Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure a best-in-class patient experience
