Your profile
MUST HAVES- Completed IT training or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
- (First) professional experience in IT support
- Confident communication and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, DNS and AD
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
- Fluency German & English (additional languages will be much appreciated)
- Knowledge of network and Internet technologies and their protocols•
- First Knowledge in scripting such as PowerShell
- Experience in ESM support
