We’re looking for a driven sales development representative (SDR) to help build our sales foundation from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own the top of funnel process, contribute to go-to-market strategy, and influence the future direction of Matia.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience generating pipeline, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Ownership mentality, thriving in ambiguous environments and excited to build processes and structures from scratch.
  • Strong communicator, able to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented, motivated by hitting and exceeding targets, and able to close deals.
  • Collaborative, enjoying working cross-functionally and knowing that teamwork is key to success in a startup.
