403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
Benefits-eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 2% per-pay period contribution. Traditional (pre-tax) and/or Roth (after-tax) contributions available.
Generous Paid Time-off Program
Up to 29 days off annually, increasing to 33 days after 7 years of employment. Includes vacation, holidays, and sporadic illness. Time carries over and can be cashed out.
