Insurance Credit Specialties Operations Trainee

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Credit Insurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto or Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Assist in client management tasks about various credit-related insurances.
• Provide administrative support to the team and ensure that platforms and databases are kept up to date.
• Support the team in managing renewals and identifying new business opportunities, as well as maintaining continuous and strategic contact with insurance companies.
• Collaborate with the Credit Insurance Team to enhance the client experience.

What you need to have:

• A degree or masters degree in law, business administration, economics or other related field.
• A strong interest in credit insurance, surety, factoring, structured credit, or political risk.
• Basic understanding of the banking insurance market.
• Business development drive.
• Native Portuguese.
• Intermediate English level (B2).
• Advanced proficiency working with Msc Excel.
• Availability for a 9-month internship, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
