Ejecutivo de Operaciones y Siniestros:

Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Marsh McLennan. Este puesto estará basado en la Ciudad de México. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Como Coordinador en Operaciones de Seguros, mantendrás la comunicación con nuestra red de distribuidores a través de correo electrónico y teléfono, asistirás con todos los vehículos asegurados y asegurarás una comunicación clara con los gerentes generales. También darás seguimiento a todas las reclamaciones con las compañías de seguros y prepararás informes mensuales básicos en Excel para cada agencia.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Mantener la comunicación con la red de distribuidores a través de correo electrónico y teléfono.
  • Proporcionar asistencia para todos los vehículos asegurados y asegurar una comunicación clara con los gerentes generales.
  • Recibir solicitudes a través de correo electrónico o teléfono y dar seguimiento a todas las reclamaciones con las compañías de seguros.
  • Preparar informes mensuales básicos en Excel para cada agencia.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Un título universitario.
  • Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Dominio intermedio de la suite de Office y conocimiento de programas de planes de piso.
