The Role:

As a Marketing Intent and AI Specialist at Marigold, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our marketing efforts through advanced utilization of intent and AI throughout our martech stack. You'll be responsible for understanding intent insights and AI capabilities and translating them into actionable opportunities to generate and accelerate pipeline for our sales team and grow the current customer base. This role offers the opportunity to be a subject matter expert in intent and AI functionality to support strategic initiatives to improve and scale marketing effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Intent and AI Specialist, you will:

  • Translate intent insights into relevant analyses for the marketing and sales teams across market regions, segments, and product use cases.

  • Champion proactive sharing of information to increase results, process improvement and best practices.

  • Maximize adoption of MarTech intent and AI capabilities, researching and evaluating untapped functionalities to recommend additional Use Cases.

  • Provide guidance on how to leverage AI email tools and prompt engineering to craft relevant, on-brand email campaigns for target accounts.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify areas of opportunity and pivot marketing strategies based on the emerging needs of key accounts.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how intent data can accelerate and validate pipeline to drive ROI for the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with the ABX team to integrate intent insights into landing pages and campaign strategies effectively.

  • Lead enablement sessions to empower sales, account executives, and BDRs to leverage intent for their outreach efforts.

  • Create an intent curriculum and enable sales teams globally, ensuring they understand how to utilize intent data for their territories.

  • SME - become a content and technical expert related to but not limited to audience building, predictive analytics, conversational email, and orchestration with intent.

  • Knowledge Translation – translate intent insights into meaningful and easily understood stories that can be leveraged for campaigns and growth in the organization.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience working with MarTech, Intent, Predictive and/or AI systems.

  • Hands-on experience translating intent insights into new pipeline opportunities.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, 6Sense, and Salesforce, with the ability to maximize the functionalities of these platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots between intent data and business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of driving marketing effectiveness through advanced utilization of technology and data analytics.

  • Experience with framework, metrics, processes, and tools that support marketing metrics and pipeline generation.

  • High degree of creativity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and drive.

  • Enthusiastic team player with a penchant for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Data driven, technical, self-starting and curious.

  • Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our tech stack/platform.
