Our client is a leading multi-national lottery operator by focusing on innovation, technology, efficiency, and safety across a growing gaming entertainment portfolio.

đź“Ť Working Model: Hybrid OR Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit).
🖋️You will be reporting to the Head of Product Owners
What you will do:
As a member of the Scrum Team, you will be responsible for incorporating feature requests, grooming, and prioritizing backlog, and developing user stories and acceptance criteria. You will have a crucial role in planning releases, coordinating sprints, and ensuring products align with the company’s vision.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Working with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Working closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence
- Providing the necessary information required to help teams make informed decisions autonomously
- Ensuring effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable overall orchestration among various teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Developing and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (BSc, MSc)
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Product Manager/Owner, Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Usability Analyst)
- Working on software development projects in an agile requirements analysis role
- Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software applications
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Capable of operating in a wide range of environments, diverse cultures, and customer situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
